Refund policy
We regret to inform that we cannot offer a refund for cut fabric eg. fabric, trims, remnants, offcuts.
If when the product is received and not tampered with, there is a fault, please send the item back for inspection. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you via email with further information. You have 14 days to return a faulty item.
Packaged items such as buttons, buckles etc. can be refunded within 14 days. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs if the product is not faulty.
The cost of postage will be refunded along with the price of the item if the item is shown to be faulty, however we try our best to quality check our fabric before posting so would hope this not to be an issue. Please contact us at EMAIL before returning anything to us.
